What we have here is a dreamer. Someone completely out of touch with reality.
I’m pretty sure Moffat is determined to have the doctor kiss everyone but Clara before the Christmas special this year is over. We’ll probably get a teaser telling us that the doctor will do a lot more kissing in the 50th special, only to discover he’s kissing strax.

I liked River’s involvement, because when I heard that she was post-Library I was a bit “hmmm…how are they going to manage that?”. But then the Doctor said that River was always with him. Does that mean that ever since….oh, let’s say the last time he saw her in…
She deleted the Doctor from all the Daleks memories! Hah!
And the whole ‘Doctor Who’ thing. And the Doctor dancing around and repeating it. Is he thinking about the little prophecy at the end of the last season?
